Our policy enables you to have prescriptions filled directly through the clinic, through our online VetStore, third-party/online sources, and with a written prescription prepared for you to deliver to a pharmacy of your choosing. Please remember to plan ahead. We work diligently to accommodate all requests as soon as possible. Using our medication refill line when you call the office will allow us to fill the script promptly. Please review our refill time frames below: 

  • We ask you to provide 24-hour notice for all prescription requests Monday through Thursday

  • It is important to know that if you call on Friday, your request will be fulfilled by the following Monday at the end of the business day

  • Prescriptions being called into an outside pharmacy will take 48 hours to be fulfilled.
